Over the years I have worked with a number of couples to let go of any fears and concerns they hold regarding the labour or birth of their baby.
I work with couples to allow them time and space to build their confidence and trust in their ability to have a positive birth experience. The practitioner training programme that I have attended is recognised and accredited by The Royal College of Midwives.
Couples will learn practical techniques to support them through this
journey into parenthood.

With a 1:1 course you can also tailor your course to include any special
requirements and add in techniques such as massage for birth and
optimal positions for birth
